In the fall of 2023 while considering the themes of my senior thesis, I had a dream in which I compulsively consumed a cherished childhood stuffed animal and, upon realizing what I had done, regurgitated the remains and attempted to sew the pieces back together. These pieces illustrate the various stages of this dream, ending with Repairs. The piece illustrates the struggle to recover aspects of childhood and the younger self which are naturally damaged or lost during the process of growing up.
